Where art meets science, Peter Chatwin and Pamela Martin are internationally acclaimed artist who’s work is focussed around the issues affecting biodiversity. Every third mouthful is the study of the decline in the solitary bee and how it is estimated that every third mouth full of food we eat is as a direct result of pollination by bees. Specialising in large scale collaged wood veneer pieces the work was used to support the text. Technical ingenuity was utilised to replicate and maintain the vibrant colours used in the work when transferred to print production.
